How it works
High temperature flue gas(>600℃) from furnace is pumped above 0.2MPa by blower, and then flows into sludge drying device with 300m/s velocity, the flue gas crash the sludge and disperse it to sludge wet particles which whirls in the sludge drying device, meanwhile the hydrocarbons and water in the wet sludge are evaporated by flue gas, and then are collected to flue gas treatment section. The dry sludge are also collected for burning in furnace.
In flue gas treatment section, the hydrocarbon vapor and water was cooled to condensate by water in scrubber tank, and the flue gas can flow to atmosphere without emission issues.
The water with hydrocarbon flows into separator, to collect and recovery the hydrocarbon for sale.
The dry sludge can be burned in the furnace, for final non-hazardous treatment. Meanwhile to utilize its potential heat value.
Applications:
Crude oil tank sludge treatment, produced water tank sludge treatment, drilling mud treatment, tank sludge in petrochemical and chemical factory, municipal sludge and etc
Advantages:
The flue gas with high temperature and high velocity to crash and dry the sludge particles.
Recovery the hydrocarbons by use of washing and high efficiency hydro-cyclones
