How it works:
Molecular sieve dehydration unit use molecular sieve as desiccants to dehydrate natural gas to a dew point temperature of -100° C, the unit contains: adsorbent towers, inlet gas filter, outlet gas filter, regeneration gas heater, regeneration gas cooler, regeneration gas separator, gas dew point analyzer, automatic switch valves, instruments and piping, control system and etc. typically two towers or three towers applicable.
Applications:
Gas dehydration in LNG plant, gas dehydration at CNG station, sour gas dehydration, or remote well gas dehydration.
Advantages
Can reach much lower dew point;
Adsorbent tower tray design, higher utilized efficiency of molecular sieve.
Optimized system design, lower CAPEX and wide operation range
Integrated control system, running automatically, unattended.
