How it works
Waste Heat Recovery System is based on the investigation for waste heat grade, heating requirement and emission standard at site, is an integrated solution to help the customer to save energy and cost.
Main process as below:
1.Flue gas: the flue gas with high temperature(around 500 ℃) flows to 1st stage high-efficient heat exchanger to recover high grade heat by back pressure control device, then flows into 2nd stage heat exchanger to recover lower-grade heat, and then goes into flue gas treatment device at target temperature( around 120℃), finally vent to atmosphere when meeting emission standards.
2.the 1st stage heat exchanger can heat medium such as thermal oil or steam, and then the medium can be used to heating process fluids or power generation through steam turbine..
3.The 2nd stage heat exchanger can be used to provide heating and shower water at site.
Applications:
Waste heat recovery from flue gas of gas turbine, gas engine and boiler at Gas Booster station or power generating station.
