How it works
The thermal oil heating system consists of thermal oil heater package, oil circulation pump package, expansion tank and storage tank package, N2 sealing package, instruments, piping and control system.
After being heated by thermal oil heater, the thermal oil flows to the heat users for heat transfer, then be pumped by oil circulation pump and flows back to heater.
The expansion tank provides steady pressure for oil pump and the storage tank can be used to stock the thermal oil during system maintenance or starting. To avoid thermal oil oxidation, the N2 sealing package is used to keep the system closed and durable. The system can work automatically with the intrinsic-safe control system which gives the system a supervisory control and multi-chain protection.
